Workup/Mgt: I would advise checking your daughter's temperature. Babies can lose body heat quickly. Keep her head warm and she should have one more layer of clothing than older children. Since she is on albuterol and has had constipation, a screening test for CF should be confirmed to rule out CF. Her pulse oximetry or oxygen saturation should be checked on arms and legs. Make sure is Fibro: Fibromyalgia is one of the most overly diagnosed condition today. There are many underlying conditions that can explain many of the symptoms that are more common-place and actually treatable. Here's why...: New and sudden onset edema should prompt evaluation for heart failure, liver failure and nephrotic kidney disease. Sounds like those have already been ruled out.
