There are vasospastic disorders, like raynaud's phenominon, that are triggered by cold exposure, with blanching, cyanosis, and redness, so the extremities must be kept warm. Mostly annoying: It could represent reynaud's phenomonon where blood flow gets reduced in the cold dramatically. If mild, it is annoying. In the most severe cases, especially when exposed to severe cold, the lack of blood flow could actually cause damage to tips of fingers, and toes, but this is with the worst cases and the worst cold. Most of the time, just having cold hands is just that and warm gloves help. ...Read more

Cold feet: Your issues could represent something called Raynaud's phenomena or vascular diseasebbz. Generally with cold feet, signifies a vascular issue but could also be neurological. Rule out: Raynaud's disease. It is a rare disorder of the blood vessels, usually in the fingers and toes. The cause is unknown, but the phenomenon is a problem with blood flow.
