Use a wrist brace to:
Rest the wrist, and as much as possible during work as well.
Without proper hx or exam, difficult to advise, except see an orthopod.
If any numbness ;/or weakness, it could be a carpal tunnel syndrome. The brace could help then. Take some Ibuprofen or aleve (naproxen). I am sure seeing your pcp would also be quite helpful to get a dx.. ...Read more
