PCF: By pcf, i assume you mean posterior cervical fusion at c4-5 and c7-8? However, there is no c8 vertebrae. There is a c8 nerve root. Did you mean c6-7? While the question is not entirely clear, i would suggest prompt neurologic evaluation if you are having any new neurologic weakness. ...Read more
