I've had hamstring pulls in the past, but this one feels like more of a tendon than a muscle. Are there different treatments / stretches I should do?
General tightness in soleus and gastrocnemius. Stretches do not help. Applying pressure to hamstring alleviates the tightness. What could this be?
U probably need to: do stretching exercises for the Hamstrings as well as the S/Gastroc muscles + massage 3-4 times a day and apply a pain relieving cream like Aspercreme, Bengay or one of the others. Aleve/Motrim may also be helpful. If no relief, then formal PT with US and specific excercises for these muscle would certainly help. Good Luck. ...Read more
When doing hamstring stretches (hamstrings very very tight) and i hold the stretch i get a weird fuzzy pulsating feeling in my feet. What causes this?
