Fumes from bleach usually cause irritation, but not more serious problems. However it is concerning that you have vision changes today. Regardless of what might have preceded your eye pain / seeing halos around lights = you need to have your eyes examined right away. The eyeball surface will be viewed under magnification.

Bifocal CL: If you are wearing a bifocal contact lens, some halos seen round lights is "normal", or at least a limitation of the type of contact lens.
