Over the last few days I've notice little bloody scabs on my scalpe. I don't have dandruff or over wash my hair - what could this be?

I've been getting a small cluster of pimple like bumps near pubic hair region. They're slightly painful, clear puss, scabs and goes away. ?
Possible herpes: Ingrown hairs, esp if you shave, are quite common, but they are usually solitary, and dermatitis not recurrent. A cluster of pimples with clear fluid sounds suspicious for herpes, which could be either type 1 or 2.
