Yes eventually: It may take some time if you are completely bald, but yes it will come back if caused by trichotillamania. Yes.: If you have hair thinning or hair that is brittle, from iron deficiency, then taking iron and correcting the deficiency should return you to normal. "Iron panel"???: Usually a low ferritin means low iron. But what was in the "panel"? If you have iron deficiency, why is it low? Heavy menstrual bleeding? "Symptoms" for years?
