What I find helpful: What i find helpful, which isnt food is baby oil, I have very bad dandruff especially in the winter time is baby oil, ( we also use this method in the nursing home for the elderly patients and it works well!) 1) wet your hair, 2) apply and rub in baby oil in hair, 3) rinse out and use regular shampoo to get the baby oil smell out.
