Steroid for dandruff: Dandruff is flaking scalp skin cells, and is caused by either seborrheic dermatitis or psoriasis. It is not dry scalp. Both conditions may occur on the face and elsewhere. Difficult to answer because you apparently have "hair loss due to change in hormone levels."
Puberty is usually complete by age 25 and change in hormone levels at age 25 is uncommon.
