Thyroid: These sounds like thyroid problems, but i'm going to assume that they checked that. It's hard to guess without knowning which tests you had that were negative. Autoimmune problems could cause as well. What type of doctor have you seen? Family or internal medicine? Obgyn? You may want to see a specialist like an internal medicine doctor or a rhematologist.
