Pcos with infertily: Your complaints needed a complete gyn checkup but for initial workup you need to have basic lab work including hormone tests: lh/fsh, progesterone, 17ohcort level, etc, ca125 to rule out endometrisis, TSH to ascertain no hypothyroidism.
