Have : Have you changed your diet in the past few years? Any dramatic increases in fiber, fruits and/or vegetables can do this. Also consider the possibility of a lactose sensitivity; as one becomes older this problem may develop an any dairy products can increase the number of bowel movements. Try a dairy free diet for two weeks and monitor for improvement. If not discuss your concerns with your doctor. Best of luck. ...Read more

I had sex for the 1st time. on the day i should of got my period i noticed a little bleeding12 hours later it seemed normal But i threw up is that ok?
Is it normal to bleed a little bit two days aftetr having sex for the first time and not bleeding at all the first time ? Ummm okay. I believe i lost my v-card two days ago but i didn't bleed. I've googled somethings from here and there and majority says
Having : Having sex for the first time is a traumatic experience, for your vagina that is. Vaginal penetration for the first time can cause pain, irritaion, inflammation, and even bleeding. The burning with urination, soreness, and itching, and light spotting is all likely from inflammed vaginal tissue. The continued spotting is also likely from the hymen being disrupted (a membrane that surrounds and/or partially covers the external vaginal opening). If the itching and burning lasts longer than a week you may be dealing with a urinary tract infection (UTI) or yeast infection. At this point you should be evaluated by your doctor. I would also like to add here that you should use condoms now that you are having sex to protect yourself from std's; in addition another form of birth control to protect against pregnancy, if that is not in your plans, is a good idea. Good luck. ...Read more
So my BP about 30 mins ago was 102/60 now i just took it and its 120/70 .. is that normal for it to fluctuate like that ?
Yes: Blood pressure varies depending upon time of day, activity & even position. So yes, it's normal to fluctuate. We typically won't worry (or at least won't recommend medication) unless you consistently clear 140/90 (higher if older). Try checking your blood pressure three times in a row w/o changing position (don't get up in between readings). Also consider bringing your cuff in for calibration. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Primary dysmenorrhea: If your gyn exam and pelvic sonogram are normal, your most likely diagnosis is "primary dysmenorrhea", a bizarre condition of unclear cause often attributed by excess or abnormal prostaglandins produced by your endometrium. A 3 months trial of continuous contraceptive pills and/ or antiprostaglandin pills like ibuprofen, anaprox, naproxen, mefenamic acid; laparoscopy and other tests may help too. ...Read more

Tinnitus: Not to worry. Tinnitus is not a disease but a condition caused by something else. Most commonly it is from loud sounds that you may have been exposed to recently. Other causes include ear infections, wax buildup in the ear, emotional stress, and withdrawal from mediciations. See your medical doctor for evaluation and possible referral to an ear nose and throat physician. ...Read more
53 year old female. I always had low blood pressure but now its around 130/85 up to a week ago. Then it shot up and stays around 150/95 I get extremely nervous now taking it so I am not sure that is why. Took it last night drinking it was 123/84?
Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor though it does seem to be an urgent matter. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex. ...Read more

This : This may simply have been remnants of your uterine lining still being shed (end of your period), however if the bleeding persists then this is something that should be evaluated by your doctor. He/she may want to do a pap smear to look for endometrial cells or possibly do an endometrial biopsy (emb), or even an ultrasound. These tests will help determine if there is anything worrisome in your uterus (cancer, fibroids etc.). Also this could be from the urinary tract. Are you having urinary frequency or burning with urination? If so it may be a simple urinary tract infection(uti). If no further bleeding has occurred and you have no other symptoms then i think it's likely normal, however if you feel more comfortable, please consult your doctor. ...Read more

Of course: Total white cell count fluctuates wildly, as do the absolute counts for different components. Half an hour in a cold shower can shoot your neutrophils to 20,000.
