Yes: Yes, spasms on the same side of your surgery are common after shoulder arthroscopy esp. If u had an interscalene nerve block as well. They should go away. If they haven't make your ors aware at your post-op follow up. ...Read more

Probably not...: Persistent pain suggests constantly something chemical or mechanical irritating local tissue. Urinary-stone-related pain features its own highly variable degree and duration with pain-free interval while on its way down from kidney through ureter to bladder; while not moving, it produces no pain except developing related infection, but usually with recurrent chill, fever, sick... Many reasons: The first thing to do is check with your surgeon. Continued pain after a surgery can be from an improper diagnosis, not fully taking care of the problem during surgery, or recurrent tears at the shoulder. I had 6 abdominal surgeries and have horrible adhesion's. Surgery was in march and I have horrible back pain. Should i worry about adhesion spreading?
