Remote: Asymptomatic H pylori infection is quite common. Half to two thirds of the people have the infection. While it is a risk factor for stomach cancer, the incidence of gastric cancer is low. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats.
