Pcos- gyn gave me aygestin (norethindrone) 5mg for 5days. Finished aygestin (norethindrone) 3 days ago & still no period. Typical? 5mg/5days enough? Had success w/ provera in past.
Not enough: It might be that a higher dose of Progesterone would work more appropriately. I would call and request 10mg of Provera (medroxyprogesterone) for 10 days.
