Does Masturbation effect in my wet dreams. Every night I think sexuality but I'm never had wet dreams for many weaks. Please help?
Night orgasms normal: Nocturnal orgasms are normal in both male and females. Clearly before menses there are hormonal fluctuations. Whether they cause nocturnal orgasms is unknown but makes sense they might contribute. In males especially multiple night erections are common and normal and female patients can have similar episodes. Again this is normal and some consider this the bodies way of making sure it's normal. ...Read more
They Can: This can be a side effect of the use of opiates, both by prescription and otherwise. If you are using an opiate prescribed for you, and your dreams are bothering or frustrating you, talk with your physician. Yeast infection: Are you saying that your first ever period started 3-4 months ago? Your discharge sounds like it could be yeast infection, which is not a sexually transmitted problem. We all have yeast in our vaginas but sometimes there is an overgrowth from a variety of reasons. You can try over the counter miconazole (Monistat) with vaginal applicator 7 days. See a doctor if that didn't help. ...Read more
I'm having dreams almost everyday. Some times dream within a dream. My friends say they dream rarely. Is having a dream daily normal?
21 female, virgin, had vaginal yellowish discharge every day for so long, sometimes itchy vulva(can't be examined by gyno coz cultural beliefs) worried?
Itchy vaginal D/C: An itchy vaginal discharge tends to connote a vaginal infection that usually requires a GYN MD to sort out correctly prior to treating it. You could play the pharmacy over the counter "lottery" by buying a product, using it, and see if it works since you don't want to see a GYN MD. The problem with this "game" is the "player" often spends a lot of money, and then still has to see a MD for Rx. ...Read more

HPV: I'm sorry to hear you've experienced a rape by age 16. Hpv can lead to abnormal cervical cells in a pap smear . . . So i'm glad that you're set up to see your gynecologist. Worrying only wastes today, so please don't do that if possible. Absorb yourself in other activities you enjoy -- and make sure you work with your doctor in all ways. ...Read more
Breast feeding?: Progestin-only pills are most commonly used in women who are breast feeding because estrogen can cause a decline in the breast milk production, especially when it's started soon after delivery. Other women are on it because they cannot take estrogen for various reasons. It's slightly less effective than the combination pill and must be taken at the same time daily. ...Read more

Possibly: Will all dream regularly, but often do not remember the substance of the dream. Night sweats can be a result of release of catecholamines in response to disturbing or exciting dreams. You should not be 'dizzy', depending on what you mean by that. If this keeps up, see your pcp. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
Possibly: Nocturnal emissions are caused by ejaculating whilst UR asleep. Frequent ejaculations by masturbation or sex prevents build up semen & wet dreams. Thus, you may get wet dreams again if you stop masturbating. However, age is a factor, men tend to produce less semen with aging & being 50 years old, may be beyond an age for wet dreams. Serotonin effect?: I don't believe anyone knows the exact mechanism, but vivid dreams are a well-known side effect of ssri antidepressants (prozac, zoloft, celexa, lexapro, (escitalopram) and paxil). Since the commonality of ssris is that they all increase the net effect of serotonin, this may somehow trigger more vivid dreaming. It's not harmful unless you can't sleep. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

I mis3periods, but had symps.Went to gyn, he said IV period but stuck.Did curetag.Becos languag, I culdnt undestand why hapnd. Not preg, tak pil2regulate.?
Probably yes: You should have had blood work to see if there is a fixable hormonal reason why you are skipping your periods. In general the pill is an excellent and safe way to regulate your periods. I recommend either asking more questions (maybe going with a list or a friend) so you understand your treatment better. It is unusual to do a D&C for a "stuck" period. Usually that can be treated with medicine. ...Read more
