Whose idea is that?: You're going to end up protein-deficient, B12 deficient (asking for brain damage) and probably short on several other nutrients. Please forgive me if this is someone's "politically correct" or "holistic / spiritual" idea. Serious nutritional deficiencies are common in folks who undertake weird diets. It can: Cabbage is one of the bigger no-no's, raw or cooked, as well as cruciferous veggies (broccoli, brussel sprouts, asparagus), onions, garlic, caffeine, spicy foods, and large amounts of dairy or tomatoes.
