Why does my wrist judder when doing wrist flexion exercise?

Not sure what u mean: I am not clear on what the word "jugger" means. If it means "shakes" then it may indicate that you are using too much weight. Heavinees in arm from shoulder to hand. Clean ncs around hand/wrist and clean emg from deltoid to hand muscles. Arm still strong just heavy feeling?

Trying a different grip, the other hand or decreasing use could help. If more pain or symptoms change get checked. Do get some outdoor exercise though! ...Read more

Down on hands and knees installing flooring. Left hand/ wrist are swollen, pinky finger and palm numb, hand weak, can't open hand completely.

Compression of nerve: which will hopefully be temporary. The usual position for a person installing flooring is to support your weight on your extended wrists. This compresses/stretches the nerves as they travel in your wrist to your hand. What you describe is serious, though. But if you stop injuring it, it should improve in a few hours...up to a day or so. Splint it. If it persists longer than 12-24 hours, go to ER ...Read more

M 22 year old girl virgin. I do heavy weight training exercises in gym can doing squats, lunges,& exercising on leg press machine in gym break hymen?

No, but...: It doesn't matter. It doesn't matter. So, ignore the hymen. Usually, only in cases of alleged sexual assault upon girls and women do we physicians engage in the careful examination of hymens, collecting evidence of physical damage to be used later in courts of law. In normal everyday life, people should not be "checking hymens" nor thinking about whether they are broken or not broken. ...Read more
