Seek help: A tight and distended abdomen with pain is not something to take likely. It could be obstruction, reflux, a bleeding ulcer, gastritis etc- the list goes on. Please see your doctor asap for this- particularly with you history I would possibly consider going to the ER today. Other conditions can mimic this such as heart disease, diabetes (gastroparesis).
