Unlikely: Pancreatic Cancer is rare under the age of 40, so I seriously doubt that you have this diagnosis. More likely cyst: It is more likely to be a cyst, but there are other important considerations: appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy, hernia, diverticulitis.
