Ovarian mass: Oarian cancer is a solid cancer which means- some sort of mass/es would be there in ovary that is going to cause the increase size of the ovary. Yes, you are.: You are always at a risk of your cancer returning. The higher your stage, the higher the risk. The goal of chemotherapy is to kill any cells that were not removed by surgery. Hopefully that worked and got every last cancer cell, but ovarian cancer has a nasty tendency to come back.
