Symptoms include; mouth ulcers, painful and discoloured gums ( hurts/stings to eat/drink), temperature, possible tonsillitis, swollen glands, headache?
Virus? Herpes?: If new in past few days, probably a virus, expecially herpes if maybe exposed (kissing, performing oral sex). Other viruses also can do this, and some non-infectious diseases. Very complicated: This is a whole lot of trouble. Regurgitation may explain pulmonary artery hypertension. Valve repair may be useful. Brain lesions are a different problem - you need a neurologist. YeS!: If not able to clean, wisdom teeth can get infected by oral bacteria (cavity). This infection can spread into the salivary glands and glands below the tongue. These glands can swell, causing difficulty swallowing. Trying too hard to swallow can cause reflux symptoms. Cause one-sided swelling from cheek to finger tips? (same side as swollen cervical lymph nodes (normal WBC count) and small (1 cm) thyroid nodule?)

Where might you have cancer if your lymph nodes are reactive, hyperplasia present, benign biposy on nodes. Sore throat, anemia, fatigue are present.
May not be cancer: From what you described, infection or other causes of inflammation are more likely. Cancer can cause reactive hyperplasia if it is present in the area drained by the node. If you had a biopsy, you obviously saw a doctor and it would more useful to ask him/her as the doctor has more information about your health. ...Read more

Nope.: The usual signs of pregnancy would be a missed period, nausea, bloating and perhaps breast and uterine cervix changes.
