Gums Bleed At Night
Brush my teeth twice a day for at least two minutes a time but my gums are sore and bleed when brushing, is this gingivitus?
Started brushing twice a day and flossing at night for 3 nights now. Gums are still bleeding after brushing and flossing? How else to treat gum disease
First things first: Were you examined by a local dentist? Have you had a professional cleaning within the last six months? Gum disease cannot be treated by brushing and flossing alone. If you have calculus deposits (which you most likely do), you'll need to have the deposits scraped off your teeth by your dentist or hygienist. Brushing will not do it for you. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

One nostril gets stopped up/inflammed? Every night. Almost always only one nostril gets stopped up or inflammed at night interrupting my sleep. The nose strips work sometimes but really tired of using those. Afrin works great but i can't use every night
I : I suggest you see an ENT (ear nose and throat) specialist. You may be dealing with enlarged turbinates. These are are small rounded bony projections inside the breathing passage on each side of your nose. They can cause significant blockage resulting in symptoms as you described in your post. One side could be larger than the other, further explaining your problem. There are procedures to help reduce the size of the turbinates, and would ultimately solve your breathing problem. Best of luck. ...Read more

Anything in excess: Anything in excess can be bad. Use a SOFT toothbrush and floss properly. Demonstrate your techniques to your dentist or dental hygienist to make sure you are doing it properly. 2-3 times a day should be the max. Ask your dentist to monitor your dental hygiene and health of your teeth and gums. He/she then can best advise you if you are overdoing it. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer
What symptoms of wisdom teeth coming in. Can they hurt when you sleep at night. Can wisdom teeth make you get a sore throat at night sometimes. bye ??

What's important is that you see a dentist for a clinical exam and x-rays to determine the position of all your wisdom teeth and whether or not they are likely to come in naturally, straight, and without potential harm to your other teeth. Better to prepare than wait for emergency at 3 am. ...Read more
I'm brushing my teeth at night but at morning my mouth isn't clean(does the mucus which is inside the nose got swollen to the mouth)&how to stop it?
No: No mucus from inside your nose goes to the mouth unless you (excuse the term) hack things up. The reason for the "not so clean" feel is that your mouth becomes more dry at night due to decreased saliva production = less smoothness/wetness on the teeth and they will fill less clean.
