Should adults&teenagers drink NIDO Fortified milk powder(8oz &4tbspoons)&would they get the same benefits as children?Would adults gain weight from it
How safe are these ingredients to take as "snuff". Caffine, Acoru, Calamus, Hydrastis, Canadensis, Tilia Europea, Paulina Capana, L-taurine, Menthol.
Don't do it!!!!!: Why take/do snuff in 1st place? You're trading one type of cancer risk for another. There's absolutely no health benefit to tobacco in any form, smokeless or otherwise. Just b/c it's natural doesn't make it good for you! Isit healthier to feed kids oatmeal everyday with guar gum or evaporated cane juice? Does all ecjuice contain sucralose or has to be listed ingredient
Oatmeal: Why put anything in the oatmeal? It is a great food by itself. Complex carbs, fiber, some protein. The guar just adds extra fiber, and the juice is a sweetener. If you need a sweetener for taste, that is your choice, and it should not matter whether it is fruit juice, sugar, honey, etc. I would avoid artificial sweeteners in kids. The calories from a little honey is minimal. ...Read more
Is marnys junior multivitamin royal jelly syrup ok for children 3-4 years age group as a supplement?
Are cliff energy bars safe during pregnancy? It has no caffeine but contains soy and has 250 RE/RA of vitamin A .
OK but not greatest: I am a big believer that everyone should take a good quality multivitamin but, while better than some, you can do a lot better. It's good that it does not have synthetic dyes or high fructose corn syrup but it has synthetic E (which is toxic) and folic acid, which many can't utilize, and is low in potency. can brain training web games (eg lumosity.Com) be harmful to kids above 3 years? Kids seem to love playing it - but is there any side-effect?
Above three?: Do you mean above or below the age of three? Recent studies suggest that children under the age of two, really do not benefit from any video electronics. They can be too overstimulating. All children's tv programming should be limited to no more than one hour per day. I do not believe in having a tv in a child's room. You are not doing your kids a favor by exposing them too early to media. ...Read moreSee 1 more doctor answer

Absolutely!: Milk and water are the only fluids kids need to drink. Juice, soda, sugared drinks of any type only introduce empty calories. "no sugar added" fruit juice is a food industry trick because all juices have their own sugars. 8 oz of orange juice has the equivalent of nearly 8 tsp of sugar! a 12 oz soda has nearly 10 tsp of sugar. High fructose corn syrup is particularly unhealthy. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers

Minimal; however...: Wheat does have a bit of iron, but it is not well-absorbed. However, many foods are rich in iron including animal foods, beans and greens.
