22 year old male. I've have gross hematuria for months now with some clots in the urine. I've had neg cultures, ct and cystoscope. UA had protein?
More testing: You are "spilling"'out protein and blood in your urine. A CT scan is helpful in ruling out major structural caused and large stone, the urine analysis ruled out infection, the cystoscope would evaluate for abnormalities of the bladder. Other considerations would be systemic problems such as a coagulopathy or inflammatory condition, lupus being an example. If all those tests neg, consider biopsy ...Read more

I am three weeks late for menstrual cycle, I have severe lower nack pain, and wormlike blood clots in urine what causes this?
Blood clots in urine have stent from narrow ureter due to tumor. Clots passing are painful and blocks my urine. What could be the cause?
Several causes.: The presence of a stent in the urinary tract can cause irritation to the lining of the ureter and bladder causing bleeding. Tumors, besides obstructing, can bleed if they cause any erosion of the ureteral lining. If you are passing large clots and blood, a known risk of stents is the development of a communication between a blood vessel and the ureter. Please see your physicians for evaluation. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Vaginal ultrasouns showed 4cm hemoragic cyst on left ovary. I've been seeing dried blood clots in urine midcycle. Could this be from the cyst?
Blood in urine is not from the ovarian cyst. Are the clots in urine of in vaginal fluid? Dried blood clots in urine are highly unlikely. You may wish to consult your doctor as the findings are inconsistent.

How much blood in urine is normal after deflux surgery? I went pee and passed some red blood and blood clot about the size of a dime.
Blood after surgery: You just had surgery on your urinary tract. It is expected that you will have some blood and as you heal the amount of blood will decrease. For pain make sure that you use tylenol, (acetaminophen) NOT one of the NSAIDs, as they interfere with ability of platelets to clot. Speak to the urologist to get an average figure but as long as you see it getting lighter in color that is good! ...Read more
