Possible lymphoma: A single firm lesion in the groin could always be pathologic and not inflammatory. Symmetrical nodes rarely represent bilateral mets which could occur from a lesion near the anal canal. If the nodes do not enlarge, and are soft then watching is justified. Possibly: at your your young age the likely problem with your heart as well. AS this is also very slight and you are also having some breathing problems this is suggestive of something other than a cardiac or lung disorder.
