See an Ortho surgeon: For a proper history/examination and xrays/scans to be properly diagnosed. Take some Naproxen or Ibuprofen for the pain. The fact that you have no pain with walking, only with running, it probably is not arthritis or its minimal . A cause in the back can also be excluded. ...Read more
