? Allergic: conjunctivitis, or another eye problem, you want to see an ophthalmologist first, meanwhile, try to avoid / minimize rubbing your eyes, apply cold compresses, artificial tears, may help. Frequent hand washing to wash off allergens, and avoid allergens/irritants as much as you can. Gesundheit!: You're right! sounds like hay fever. You can try over the counter allergy medicine like Loratadine pills and allergy eye drops.
