Is there a relation between phimosis and grey discolouration on tip of penis?

Is there a relation between phimosis and grey discolouration on tip of penis?

Possible BXO: Balanitis xerotica obliterates could explain your problem, this condition can develop in males with a tight foreskin (phimosis). Difficult to advise without examining or have a picture. Best to consult with a urologist who may recommend circumcision. Good luck.

No sense: Unless your partner bit down so hard she or he knocked out blood supply, your observation makes no sense. You're probably spending too much time looking at your penis.

Evaluation: It could be a fungal infection or " jock itch" but that is usually red and inflamed. I reccomend since you describe this differently that you see a physician for evaluation and treatment.

A jelly like grey substance with precum emits from penis while passing stool. What is it? Is there any infection?

Discharge: Bearing down to pass a hard stool may put considerable force on the prostate. It could represent normal or infected prostatic secretions. See a urologist if it persists.

Unclear question: If you are concerned about the issues you describe get examined by an experienced physician. What you describe could all be normal, but it's impossible to tell from the information above.

6-8 of the hair follicles on the base of my penis in the pubic hair region have raised a bit and turned darkish-gray or black? Genital warts?

6-8 of the hair follicles on the base of my penis in the pubic hair region have raised a bit and turned darkish-gray or black? Genital warts?

Possible cysts: Hard to say without more history and seeing photos of these lesions, but they could be due to clogged hair follicles - black color could be due to oxidation or old blood. I cannot rule out possibility that these are genital warts or something else. Go see your clinician asap for an exam, tests if needed, and appropriate management. Take Care.

I am 22 and my penis' s foreskin is still not broken...? Is it compulsory to break.? If yes then how to break now...?

I am 22 and my penis' s foreskin is still not broken...? Is it compulsory to break.? If yes then how to break now...?

Most likely phimosis: If your skin is not retracting you have phimosis, not a serious problem, it is possible to stretch the fore skin under local anesthesia, some times due to sevre scaring, may need circumcision, see your doctor

Hello.: Hello. Although I feel comfortable discussing sexuality, this is a topic that can sometimes be better explained by someone close to you. Your father or an older brother may be a good source of information. I know you want to learn the "mechanics" but I think having the context and emotional aspects discussed is also very important.

Why is my sons penis black and he, s white?

Why is my sons penis black and he, s white?

Pigmentation: Common for boys and men to have a penis & scrotum much darker than the rest of his body. The darker your son's complexion and general pigmentation, greater the likelihood of his genitalia being much darker.

Patience: You are young and have not yet completed sexual development. Be patient. It is impossible to predict how any particular individual will develop. Once development is complete be satisfied with what you have been given and learn to make the most of your life in general. The worth of a man is in his character not the size of his genitals. Thanks for trusting HealthTap!

I have a cluster of flesh coloured lumps bottom end, upper-left side of my penis shaft. I have tried freezing them off but they don't disappear fully.

I have a cluster of flesh coloured lumps bottom end, upper-left side of my penis shaft. I have tried freezing them off but they don't disappear fully.

Stop freezing: They are most likely HAIR FOLLICLES and are in the layer BELOW the epidermis! THEY ARE NORMAL. But if they "bother" you see a Dermatologist! Hope this helps Happy New Year Dr Z
