Should I be worried about my babies health if I still smoke cigarettes at 5 weeks ? I'm trying to cut down but can't quit cold turkey.

Withdrawal : 0-2 packs a day cold turkey? Congratulations first off but you will experience withdrawal effects until your receptors renew and stop craving it. Some things to help include finding something else to do with your hands during that time, breathing exercises, perhaps yoga (i don't know any classes that allow you to smoke while doing it) and your overworked lungs will thank you for it.
