What would cause me to have green mucus diarrhea all slime I have not had a fever but I vomited once yesterday with continuous nausea today I am eatin?

Most likely: You have a respiratory infection, although without further history and physical exam I can't rule out a lower respiratory infection (in your lungs) also. Do you have a history of asthma? Probably viral. Pedialyte for each diarrhea to replace loss, calculate amount according to loss, approx. 2-4 ounces for each diarrhea. Give bananna, rice, applesauce, yogort. Continue if you are breast feeding.
For nasal drainage- saline nasal drops 4-5 in each nostril & suck with bulb syringe.

Many patients know when they are having a flare and can tough it out or know when they need to see their doctor.
