Yellow greasy stool: Sometimes when you eat butterfish you get orange oily stool . Last couple of weeks had explosive sticky greasy stools now I have very dark mucousy stringy stools. I have heartburn everyday.

LLQ pain: Even though your gallbladder is on the right side of the abd, you can have left sided pain with GB problems. The stomach can also be an etiology. See a surgeon: The first thing one thinks of is gallbladder but more info is needed. Your spleen may or may not have anything to do with your symptoms. Do you have other illnesses?> anemia?
