I have 2 flea bites in the pubic region. They itch like crazy and was wondering how long it should take for it to heal and go away if they are bites?

It can be transported on your clothing, luggage, second hand furniture etc. You can even get it using public transportation. It can go up to a year without feeding, so that allows it to just sit and wait until it catches a ride on something or someone. Itchy rash: From the characteristics of the rash, you should still consider insect bites, especially if only exposed skin is affected as well as if anyone else is affected. You should allow the skin to heal by avoid scratching. Use Benadryl (diphenhydramine) to help decrease the itching. Use Neosporin on any open sores to cut down on infection.
