OK but not greatest: I am a big believer that everyone should take a good quality multivitamin but, while better than some, you can do a lot better. It's good that it does not have synthetic dyes or high fructose corn syrup but it has synthetic E (which is toxic) and folic acid, which many can't utilize, and is low in potency.
