Grainy Bowel Movements
I have a bowel movement every day but it's always dry and grainy like sheep stool. I've tried everything: fiber, water, fruits, veggies, nothing work!
I SEE NO PROBLEM: As long as you are moving your bowels daily and there are no other symptoms and you are not taking any medicine and have no coexisting medical condition.I will not worry about the stools which are grainy and dry You should continue high fiber diet and increased fluids.But if you have any other symptoms than consult your doctor.
