Not sure what you: Mean by 'has had symptoms' of appendicitis. If you suspect she has appendicitis then she needs to go to er. Waiting longer will just make her sicker. Im sure a detailed workup there can rule out acute conditions such as appendicitis and cholecystitis. ...Read more

Not usual: You had a UTI if your culture grew out e.Coli and you had those symptoms. They usually do not go away without treatment, but it is not impossible. People have UTI and clear it on their own without antibiotics at times. It usually takes longer than 6-8 hours though. ...Read more
