Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Claritin for itching and vaseline ointment with cotton gloves over the hands and socks on the feet overnight. May need to see your dr, if this doesn't help.

Likely nothing: Itchy hands later in pregnancy can be a sign of cholestasis. I've never heard if it this early in pregnancy however. Speak with your doctor about it.
