I recently fractured 2 metacarpals in my hand. One was reset and the other wasn't and is very stiff. Is this normal?

Once fractures have healed enough (usually around 3 weeks) hand therapy can be started to decrease swelling and improve range of motion and stiffness. If you can't make a fist you should get therapy. ...Read more
