Any truly effective programs like these are not easy, in the sense that pushing oneself at least somewhat, is essential in order to make progress & derive benefits. How 2 lose weight? After having 2 kids can't lose extra weight.I know eat less move more.But i need 2 eat 1000 cal&workout 2 lose. Hard 2 keep that up
Patience: Seems like u know the answers but you want faster results or you are being impatient with yourself. Usually consuming less calories and burning more is helpful. But also remember the goal should be 'slowly' losing it-- not more than 2 ibs/ month ---- initially --- then increase to 1 ib/week loss.
