Normal heart rate: A resting heart rate of 90 BPM is within normal range. Not sure what you mean by "chew", however if you're chewing tobacco, discontinuing would be highly recommended. Also would recommend weight loss to a perhaps healthier weight depending on height and build. ...Read more
