Do exercises and stretching of wrist tendonitis heal it? and should i feel little pain while doing them? plz help i have a competition in september!!!
Have bad tendonitis in wrist. Had cort. shot 3 was ago with min relief. Dr wants MRI. Will the cort skew the results at all?

Be cautious about activities that caused or aggravated it in the first place. Start slowly, and increase as tolerated. Back off if symptoms return. I have pain on the outside of the wrist when twisting it like a corkscrew (in either direction). Tendonitis?
Possible: Tendinitis is a possibility. Overuse is another option. If no history of trauma or a visible bump (ganglion cyst), then the two options described are most likely ones. Recommend avoid offending activities. Using a wrist splint may help rest the painful spot. Anti-inflammatory meds - ibuprofen/naproxe, topical rubs voltaren/flector patch may be tried.
