There are two many?: There are two many to recommend even three or four! but there are many considerations. Stay with 100% whey protein if possible, avoid soy blends. Not as efficient. Possible Allergy: You may not be able to digest certain foods. Try keeping a food diary and see if a pattern or certain food causes problems, if so , avoid.
