NO, however...: I know of no evidence that stretches increase growth. Most men stop growing around age 18 but some will grow until age 21 or so. Taking measures to increase your production of growth hormone is far more likely to help than stretches. Many Possibilities: Since you mentioned working out I have to wonder if you have had a change in your diet, we often do not notice it, but our diet has a significant effect on out body odor. Are you on any medications now, they can also have a significant effect on body odor. With your history of lymphoma are you on steroids, could you have high sugars or steroid related diabetes. I would recomend ---: Seeing a dietician to eat properly and healthy, so you could lose weight. That would also decrease the knee pain, of course, depending on how much you lose. Using a walker or a quad cane will also reduce the pain. If the arthritis in the knee is really bad ; with no relief from the conservative measures, you will certainly benefit from a total knee replacement surgery. ...Read more
