I started taking Trazodone for chronic insomnia. It worked great for 7 days. Then last night I took it, and even upped the dose, and got nothing. Does this mean it's never going to work again? Normal?

May continue to work: Trazodone may continue to work for you. I would keep trying it as it is one of the safest sleep medications. Sometimes your body just does not respond for one reason or another but this does not mean that it will not work in the future.
