Methylprednisolone tab 4mg, 1st day, all 6 tablets may be taken as one dose. its its all most 10pm is this going to make me sick taking all 6?

im on a 6 day course of methylprednisolone, 4mg pills. I'm on 3rd day, 4 pills today, tomorrow 3, etc. Want to go out tommorrow and drink. thoughts?

Used methylprednisolone 4mg for 22 days and stopped 2 months ago. I am seeing muscle weakness. Does it go by itself? If so, after how many weeks?
See below: The question I have is why you were using methlyprednisone---was it for myositis because if you are noticing more muscle weakness, it may mean that it is active. If you developed corticosteroid myopathy, you should get better with time and physical though that would be unusual to occur with the length of time that you were on it. Going to be having a single IV dose of methylprednisolone during surgery and im scared of the side effects. I've been taking pred forte eyedrops too. My dr wont take time to discuss this. Im scared.
