Dr thought I had hives, put on prednisone 50mg 9 days now, then taper off. Turns out its bed bug bites. Can I stop taking the prednisone now or taper?
Here is the issue: You are under another doctor's care. Once I direct you how to discontinue this medication, I have now interfered with the care you are receiving. Ask for specific : Treatment for rls. Narcotics such as suboxone do a great job blocking rls. Naltrexone on the other hand can have the opposite effect. Your doctor should order a ferritin level to make sure that your total iron body stores are not diminished. I would not be surprised if you also have periodic limb movements of sleep which often accompanies rls. This can cause a great disturbance in sleep continuity and daytime fatigue and sleepiness. The treatment is the same as for rls. ...Read more

Depends on dose: and what you are being treated for. The approved indication for Clonazepam is for treatment of seizures, and then I would expect a reduction in your number and severity of seizures.
