Many benefits: I don't know how goat bone soup's benefits compare to soup from other bones, but in general bone soup has many benefits and is arguably one of the healthiest foods we can consume. Bone soups are an excellent source of nutrients that are good for bone and joints, improve immune function & reduce inflammation.

But if you really want milk for some reason, goat milk is a healthier choice than cow's milk.

How many feet should u put a cool mist humidifier from a baby for maximum benefit? Thank you

For young infants,: Put a cool must humidifier across the room up to a maximum of 50% humidity, because, in theory, you could overload them with water if it's too close. I guess that's probably 7-9 feet in most bedrooms. Keep the humidifier & its cord up where a 6-month-old & older can't pull it over. Run it with a 10% Clorox solution to clean it when baby's not in the room, followed by a cycle of fresh water. ...Read more

Yyears ago a soup can fell on my foot leaving a large lump. Over time this lump has always been there but some days it's smaller others it's rather la?

Can Can: Without examining, it is difficult to say, but the story probably goes something like this. The can caused soft tissue damage which led to the initial lump. The soft tissue damage may have initiated the formation of a ganglion cyst. The extent of the damage might have also damaged the periosteum of the underlying bone causing further bony damage. To remove all doubt, have your foot examined. ...Read more

About 3 months ago I dropped a soup can on my big toe which bled and broke skin. Today its still really sore and sometimes my foot will lock. Why?

Follow up needed: It is likely that you broke a bone in your foot with something that heavy striking it. If so, then that would have caused you to change the way that you bear weight on your foot and how you walk. If so, you may have caused secondary problems such as tendinitis. The pain may be due to that or simply that the fracture has not healed or is healing. An x ray will tell you and your doc the answer. ...Read more

What's the best insoles and shoe for plantar fasciitis foot arch pain? Don't have benefits for orthotics so wanting to try a cheaper option first.

Not so easy.: A very sensible approach. The problem is that the arch support design is really dependent on your foot structure. Without knowing that detail, advice on which support to use is difficult and many times wrong. Some supports are for higher arches and some for lower arches. Some are more flexible than others. Shoes need to have a removable insole so that a better fitting one can be fit. ...Read more
