Which free hand exercises &foods increase testosterone & DHT in adults like 26 year old? If there are something will they increase my penis length ?
Resistance: Excercise will increase testosterone to some degree. A high protein diet will help build muscle. I'm not sure if there is a device to make the penis lager. The vacuum may help by stretching tissue like in other parts of the body but can't tell u it works. Testosterone though will not make it larger. Good luck. ...Read more
Dht causes mpb.
Is it due to increased sensitivity or increase DHT synthesis in the person? And will balding men have more muscle gains for the gym?
DHT IS ANDROGENIC: Dht is a testosterone metabolite that is androgenic. It has not only been associated with male pattern baldness, but enlarged prostate as well. The effects of Dht may be due to increased synthesis and/or sensitivity. Prescription Dht enzyme blockers have side-effects. Instead, use natural Dht inhibitors (incl., saw palmetto, pygeum, etc.) and resveratrol to maximize testosterone for muscle gains. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
Read 3 online claims of indivs growing b/w 1.5-4 inches @ ages 33, 37, 41. Does it really happen so late in life?If not acromegaly then what is cause?
Acromegaly would be: the cause. People stop growing when they are in their early 20's, in general. Someone who is 41 and continues to grow has an endocrine problem, maybe an excess of growth hormone or receiving shots of GH. I would be careful to describe this as normal. Maybe they need the services of an Endocrinologist.. I hope this helps. ...Read more
Hi doctors, regarding to zona riticulars in adrenal cortex , how do these nuclei even produce hormons while they are pyknotic, , ? Giant thank,
Sloppy language: I'm glad you're reading closely. When a pathologists says "pyknotic nucleus", that cells is very dead. Some anatomists use the term more loosely for any cell with a preponderance of heterochromatin even if it's alive. We pathologists can't use any other term and wish all anatomists would say "condensed" for such nuclei instead of "pyknotic" -- it's the term other scientists use. ...Read more

My HDL is 24, trig 97, total 135 i'm a 38yo male in "good health" BP 110/60ish.
Are there any long term risks in taking 6g fish oil @60%=4g of omega3?
What for?: Why do you feel the need to take so much fish oil? First of all, you are better off getting your fish oil directly from fish like wild alakan salmon or sardines. Second, high concentrations of fish oil can cause anti coagulation that can make you susceptible to bleeding. Good health will not come from a pill. ...Read more

Thirty three yr old female. A lot of gray hair everywhere (brows, vagina, chin, etc) why? What can be done? Embarrassing!!!!!
While the age and: ...rate at which we go gray is primarily genetic, excess hair growth in women may have an endocrine basis. I see that you have PCOS. There may be a connection. Anti-androgen medication may limit further growth of unwanted hair. Laser hair removal can permanently remove hair that's already present. A professional hair stylist can color your hair to look both natural & age-appropriate. ...Read more

I have high cholesterol (genetic, i'm healthy 25yr old), should I be careful of my egg consumption? I'm vegetarian & enjoy the source of protein
I would not worry: Vegetarianism is a moral choice and I'm glad you are allowing yourself eggs -- this is important in keeping you healthy. If your hypercholesterolemia is familial (as mine is), you'll probably be on meds by the time it matters, and in the meantime I'd rather you simply stay fit than try a dietary modificaiton that will probably not matter much and make your life less easy & enjoyable. ...Read moreSee 2 more doctor answers
