Must see a doctor: A glycerin enema should not cause cramping. If you are in excruciating pain then you need to seek medical help. A blockage can become very serious if left untreated. It happens: Its happened before and is unlikely to cause any problem if you removed what you could of the suppository. The blood was likely triggered when you overstretched/tore the hymen.
